The name comes from nopal, the prickly pear cactus — one of Mexico’s most recognizable plants and a symbol with deep cultural roots.

For NOPAL, that inspiration becomes a design language: earthy olive, sun-baked terracotta, pale sand, graphic curves and sharp contrasts. On the table, the same idea becomes brightness, smoke, citrus, spice and agave.

The result should feel international and current, while still carrying a clear Mexican pulse.
